What Makes Attorney Lee Floyd Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?
Before forming the Floyd Law Firm, Lee practiced with the Lucey Law Firm for a little over 5 years. During that time, Lee’s practice focused on helping homeowners and homeowner associations prosecute lawsuits to recover damages due to deficiencies in the construction of residential homes. Lee’s cases ranged from multi-million dollar projects to single-family homes.
Prior to joining the Lucey Law Firm, Lee practiced for over 6 years at a larger civil defense firm in Columbia, South Carolina, where his practice primarily involved serving as defense counsel in insurance coverage cases, bad faith litigation, personal injury lawsuits, professional liability actions, and commercial transportation cases.
While in law school, Lee was a member of the Editorial Board of the South Carolina Law Review, a member of South Carolina School of Law Moot Court Bar, and the Recipient of the Roberts Most Outstanding Research Paper Award.
Lee graduated from Wofford College with honors and a double major in Government and Philosophy before attending law school.
Lee and his wife, Kelli, live on Johns Island along with their three children.
